Charles Ross Homes has been a designer and builder of custom homes in the Williamsburg, Virginia area for more than two decades.   We have experience designing and building custom homes from 1,200 square feet to 11,500 square feet of living area in a variety of architectural styles.  We also have a broad range of remodeling experience including custom kitchen and custom bath remodels, major structural repairs and modifications, and design and construction of architecturally-sensitive home additions. 

Our goal is to create custom homes and remodeled homes that "fit" our clients perfectly:  homes that reflect their needs, their personal style, and their budget requirements.  To this end, we offer combined design and construction (design/build) services.  Our integrated design/build approach benefits you by reducing construction time, construction cost and the "surprises" typically encountered in building a custom home.   With us, you won't find yourself in the middle if there is a problem, and you'll be assured that the design you fell in love with is within your budget.   If you prefer, we will build from plans produced by your architect or designer.  We also offer an integrated project delivery (IPD) option.  With IPD we collaborate with your architect or designer beginning in the design stage.
