Ford’s Colony Williamsburg

Voted the number one master-planned community in America in 1998, Ford’s Colony Williamsburg features three Dan Maples championship golf courses, a swim and tennis club, and more than 12 miles of walking trails. Designed with the natural environment in mind, more than half of the 3,000 acre Ford’s Colony community is permanently preserved as green space, environmental buffers, ponds, and a 200-acre wildlife preserve which is home to more than 200 species. The community has gated access and 24-hour security.
