About Us

Our team has been designing and building custom homes and remodeling homes in the Williamsburg, Virginia area for 27 years.  At Charles Ross Homes we understand that building or remodeling a home is a significant investment--both in financial terms and in the creativity and energy invested throughout the process.  We have assembled a talented team of professionals and developed an organized, consultative approach to take your custom home or remodeling project from concept to completion without "surprises."  Our projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and with the quality you'd expect from a company with a host of local and national awards.

We have experience designing and building homes from 1,200 sq. ft. to 11,500 sq. ft. of living area in a variety of architectural styles.  We have also designed and completed a broad range of remodeling projects. 

Our work is mainly within a 40-mile radius of Williamsburg, Virginia.  Our team of seven full- time employees produces 8 to 10 custom homes per year and a number of remodeling projects, depending on scope.
