Delivering a home that "fits" you perfectly begins with the design. 

Our design/build process includes you as a member of the design team and focuses on delivering your objectives and staying within your budget.  The process is open and collaborative.  You get to see line-item cost estimates early in the design process so you can make informed choices.  You save time and money.   

Designs are completed in two phases.  In the conceptual design phase we produce plans in sufficient detail to ensure your custom home or remodeling project will meet your needs, meet the architectural requirements in your community, and to enable us to accurately estimate the cost to construct the home on your site.  Our use of computer-aided design enables us to produce highly accurate cost estimates early in the design process--eliminating costly "surprises" later.  Detailed construction plans are produced only after preliminary approvals have been obtained and the overall constructon cost is determined to be within your budget range (you know the cost within +/- 3% of actual cost before committing to the final plans.)

We  can work with you starting with a stock plan you've purchased from a plan service, one of our proprietary model plans or a clean sheet of paper.
