January 2004Charles Ross Homes receives a Best in American Living Award (silver) at the 2004 International Builders Show. The award, presented by Professional Builder Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders, was for Best Kitchen in a Custom Home 5,001 sq. ft. and over.
November 2003Custom Home Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders present a Pacesetter Award for Management Excellence to Charles Ross Homes at the 2003 Custom Home Symposium in Orlando. Only two such awards were presented nationwide in 2003.
